Reporting to Digital Platform Manager, you will be part of the ENGIE AMEA Regional Technology Office, Digital Platform team.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders within ENGIE AMEA.
You will be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and deliver effective digital solutions across AMEA, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and ENGIE quality standards.
- Take charge and involve in the end to end deployment of ENGIE digital platforms and solutions, including planning, installation, setup, configuration, testing and commissioning, training, and documentation
- Ensure seamless integration between ENGIE platforms, third-party solutions, and onsite systems to deliver effective solutions.
- Design and develop digital solutions to address specific operational challenges and meet business requirements.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of deployed gateways and platforms, ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Actively contribute to process improvements and suggest innovative solutions, including RPA, IoT, and AI, to enhance platform capabilities and efficiency.
- Prepare digital project documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital platforms and solutions, promptly addressing issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Assist with adhoc tasks and projects assigned by manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor in IT/Electronics Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years experience in digital project implementation, specifically with CMMS and IoT related technologies
- Basic networking knowledge & IP addressing skills
- Ability to understand electrical diagrams and drawings
- Advantage of having basic understanding of onsite utilities & metering, HVAC and solar system
