About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to support our online marketing efforts across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for producing engaging marketing materials, managing social media accounts, creating content assets, conducting research, and assisting with advertising and email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Marketing Materials

  • Create a variety of marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, and branded content.
  • Develop fresh and innovative content tailored for different social media platforms.
  • Prepare email templates, newsletters, and promotional assets for campaigns.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and update company social media accounts consistently.
  • Promote blog posts and engage with communities through discussion forums or message boards.
  • Monitor performance and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and engagement goals.

Digital Marketing & Research

  • Conduct internet research to support content, market insights, and campaign strategies.
  • Perform keyword research to optimize content and improve campaign performance.
  • Create and run AdWords campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

Email & Newsletter Support

  • Manage newsletter creation, formatting, distribution, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain consistent communication with subscribers through regular updates and promotions.

Other Responsibilities


  • Make necessary process suggestions and improvements that can help the team.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other related tasks and duties that may be assigned by the client later on.


About You

  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
  • Strong portfolio of marketing content, graphics, or social media work (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Canva or similar design tools for creating marketing visuals.
  • Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google AdWords.
  • Familiar with social media platforms, content scheduling tools, and email marketing software.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to work independently while managing multiple projects at once.
