The Role: Where Strategy Meets Heart

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the creative force behind our online presence. From crafting engaging content to optimizing ad campaigns, your work will help future patients discover a clinic that truly sees them. This isn’t just about clicks and conversions—it’s about connection, empathy, and trust.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Developing and managing a digital marketing strategy that drives patient acquisition and brand awareness
• Designing graphics, creating reels, and crafting emotionally resonant campaigns for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Planning and executing paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, social media) with ROI top of mind
• Managing and growing our content calendar, email marketing, and blog posts
• Creating beautiful print and digital materials to support physician outreach and patient education
• Analyzing performance data, testing ad variations, and continuously optimizing strategies
• Coordinating and attending occasional in-person events to connect with referring partners and community groups

The Right Fit Has:

• University students or graduates who have majored in marketing, business or psychology or graduates
• Significant interest or prior experience in digital or healthcare marketing (fertility, women’s health, or wellness is a big plus!), or
• Fluency in Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email marketing platforms, and short-form video tools like CapCut
• A creative eye and comfort writing warm, empathetic, brand-aligned content
• Bonus points for a background in sales, CRM management, or Adobe Creative Suite
• A flexible, self-motivated spirit—you’re happy juggling strategy, design, and storytelling with a hands-on team

Schedule: 16–24 hours/week | Flexible (Full-time or Part-time)
