Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a strategic and an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who is looking for a fully remote opportunity? You are what we are looking for!

Join T-Mate and our sister company, two growing US startup companies in the homecare industry as our Marketing Manager. You’ll lead and implement marketing efforts across two dynamic brands, spending at least 40 hours per week in total, all from the comfort of your home.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with Marketing US startup companies, with a focus on strategic planning and cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proven ability to connect marketing strategies with business outcomes and align them with company-wide initiatives.
• Direct hands-on experience with Canva, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, VistaCreate, Mailchimp, and other similar creative and automation tools.
• Experience in Web Activation, including , content updates, and UI/UX improvement strategies.
• Comfortable working independently while maintaining close coordination with leadership teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be willing and available to work during business US Central Time Zone hours.
• Has a computer or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 processor and at least 8GB of RAM.
• At least 100Mbps of Fiber internet connection.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
