Digital Marketing Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of Marketing Management or any related course
  • With at least four (4) years of experience in the digital marketing field
  • Strong analytical skills in tracking campaign performance and generating actionable insights
  • Proficient in key areas of digital marketing such as Social Media Marketing, Content and Email Marketing, Website Management, and Search Marketing

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Search Marketing: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)

  • Conducts keyword research, technical Search Engine Optimization (SEO) audits, and on-page/off-page optimization to improve search visibility and website performance.
  • Manages tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to track traffic, rankings, and user behavior; adjust strategies based on data and algorithm updates
  • Manages paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc., including keyword targeting and ad copy creation.
  • Monitors and analyzes campaign performance, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per-acquisition (CPA), making data driven adjustments.
  • Creates and manages Google shopping campaigns where applicable.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Develops platform-specific strategies (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Creates content calendars, monitors brand presence, and engages with audience
  • Monitors social media ad campaigns and influencer collaborations

3. Email Marketing

  • Creates and implement targeted email campaigns.
  • Segments email lists and write engaging copy.
  • Uses automation tools and ensure compliance with regulations.

4. Content Marketing

  • Develops and manages content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
  • Creates and optimizes blogs, videos, infographics, and social media content.
  • Promotes and distributes content across multiple digital channels.
