YOUR ROLE

• Integrate and analyse big data, including the use of machine learning, to gain insights and to identify operational issues and then develop effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability. Utilize data cleaning and transformation techniques to prepare data for analysis.
• Apply statistical analysis, data mining, and machine learning techniques to explore the data and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies that may indicate potential root causes.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative approaches and methodologies for tackling complex problems. Contribute your unique perspective and insights to collective problem-solving efforts.
• Create clear and compelling visualizations using PowerBI or other data visualization tools and presentations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
• Maintain well-organized documentation of the analysis process, methodologies used, and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Provide support for ad hoc data analysis, events and other special projects as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

YOUR SKILLS

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or related field.
• Experience with Python coding
• Experience using Databricks and data visualization tools like PowerBI is a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English language skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
