Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

In this position, your primary focus will be on developing, monitoring, and refining our paid digital media strategies. From RealNZ to Cardrona and Treble Cone, you'll strategically navigate online channels to attract and convert customers. Diving into the creative process, you'll build compelling ads that captivate audiences across social, search, and display platforms. Your keen eye for detail and innovative mindset will ensure our campaigns shine, driving engagement and brand loyalty.

As the driving force behind campaign execution, you will provide invaluable input to the Brand Team and align recommendations with objectives and budget. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be second nature to you, using data-driven insights to optimize and refine our digital efforts.

This is a fixed term role from January 2025 to January 2026 to cover parental leave.

Who do we need for this role?

• 3+ years' experience in a digital marketing role
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Experience executing paid social media campaigns
• Strong knowledge of Google advertising and analytics platforms
• Fundamental SEO knowledge and a strong desire to further develop SEO capability
• Highly data-driven and analytical; capable of independently performing and presenting business insights and constructing business cases for new opportunities
