Digital Specialist Intern

Responsibilities

1. Content Integration: Integrate and publish content (text, images, files, etc.) into the CMS for various markets/locales, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms. This includes formatting content according to style guides and CMS specifications.
2. Localization Implementation: Implement localized content provided by translators or localization teams, ensuring proper formatting, cultural adaptation, and integration within the CMS. This includes managing translated assets and maintaining version control.
3. Content Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks on all published content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. This includes checking for grammatical errors, broken links, and formatting issues.
4. SEO Optimization: Optimize content for search engines in each target market by incorporating relevant keywords, metadata, and other SEO best practices. This includes working with SEO tools and analyzing performance data.
5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with marketing, localization, and other teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery. This includes communicating effectively with stakeholders regarding content updates, deadlines, and any potential issues.

Qualifications:
Students taking up BS IT, BS Computer Science, Multimedia Arts, and any related course

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Good oral and written communication skills

Must be willing to work on-site as required by his/her superior.

Work set-up and working hours:
10:00AM-7:00PM PHT Monday to Friday
