We are seeking a Digital Workplace Advisor to join the Digital Workplace Experience (DWX) team within Information Technology. Reporting to the Digital Workplace Support Team Leader, you will deliver exceptional service by addressing technology needs, providing face-to-face and omni-channel support, and resolving daily issues with a focus on Service Excellence.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with IT teams to optimize incident resolution, problem management, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Swinburne IT supports the University’s 2025 Strategic Plan by driving technology innovation across key pillars: Future Ready Learners, Research with Impact, and Innovative Enterprise. As a Technology Centre of Excellence, it enhances teaching, learning, and research through emerging technologies.
About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality reports, and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrable customer focus bias with a track record for delivering service improvements with an emphasis on Service Excellence
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectations
- Demonstrable technical skills in the maintenance and support of IT Technologies including Hardware, End User Software and Audio-Visual equipment

Qualifications
A degree level qualification in information technology, information systems, with relevant experience or equivalent combination of education & experience
