Digital Workplace Delivery Partner

We are seeking a Digital Workplace Delivery Partner to join the Digital Workplace Experience (DWX) team within Information Technology, reporting to the Digital Workplace Delivery Team Leader. This role will provide technical expertise across various portfolios (Teaching & Learning, Research, Corporate, Student, or Digital Workplace), with a focus on managing Swinburne’s Endpoint Device Ecosystem. The position requires broad technical knowledge, with deep expertise in at least one area.

You will deliver excellent customer service, collaborate with stakeholders, and act as an escalation point for the Digital Workplace Operations team to ensure timely, high-quality services. The role also involves mentoring staff and leading small operational initiatives.

Swinburne IT drives technology transformation to enhance the University’s operations and achieve strategic goals, focusing on Future Ready Learners, Research with Impact, and Innovative Enterprise. The Digital Workplace Experience team works collaboratively to provide responsive and seamless support to staff and students while continuously improving services..

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Extensive experience in managing multiple Service Management processes such as Incident, Service Request, Problem and Knowledge Management
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write high quality reports, and present information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrable customer focus bias with a track record for delivering service improvements
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectations
  • Excellent problem solving skills and experience working in ITIL frameworks

Qualifications
A degree level qualification in information technology, with a minimum of 4 years experience in information systems, or equivalent
