Direct Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products directly to customers in their homes or businesses. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong ability to negotiate, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Duties

• Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to potential customers in designated territories.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
• Analyze customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools for lead generation, tracking sales activities, and managing customer accounts.
• Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for territory management and lead generation initiatives.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences to help shape product offerings and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical skills for assessing customer needs and market opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clientele.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation and territory management.
