What You’ll Do

• Support daily living — personal care, meals, and light housekeeping
• Drive individuals to appointments, work, day programs, and community outings
• Encourage social, recreational, and community activities
• Assist with medication (if DODD medication-certified)
• Keep simple, accurate notes and follow each person’s care plan

What You’ll Need

• A valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record — this is a driving role
• 18 or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (in-person/hands-on; online-only doesn’t qualify under DODD rules — we can point you to local classes if you need one)
• Willingness to pass a background check (Ohio BCI; FBI if you’ve lived outside Ohio in the last 5 years)

No prior experience? If you’ve got the license, the heart, and the reliability, we’ll train you.
