About the Role
A fast-growing Series B AI start-up is looking for a Director of Engineering to play a key role in their technical leadership. Reporting directly to the CTO, this position offers significant growth opportunities in a cutting-edge AI environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive technical strategy while remaining hands-on in development
Oversee engineering initiatives, ensuring scalability and efficiency
Balance technical leadership with people management, mentoring a growing team
Collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to align engineering goals with business objectives
Key Requirements
Proven experience leading engineering teams in a high-growth tech environment
Strong background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven systems
Ability to code and architect complex systems while providing strategic direction
Experience scaling engineering functions within a fast-paced start-up
