Day to Day

We are seeking a strategic Director of Operations to partner with the Group Vice President (GVP) and cross-functional leadership teams. This role will drive critical projects and foster operational excellence for our Engineering function. The ideal candidate is data-driven and collaborative, able to navigate complex challenges and promote change management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Drive high-impact projects with the Chief of Staff and GVP, ensuring cross-functional alignment and business success.
Oversee large-scale programs and transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and adoption.
Conduct in-depth research to identify and evaluate investment opportunities in talent, technology, and operations.
Execute scalable, cost-effective solutions to optimize business processes and improve overall performance.
Partner with the Chief of Staff, Engineering, Business Technology, PMO, and Finance to align strategy and drive execution.
Engage with senior executives and collaborators to ensure transparency, alignment, and continuous organizational growth.

Achievement of milestones and delivery of large-scale programs with quality and timeliness.
Effective partnerships with PMO groups and other business functions.
Measurable improvements in operational efficiency and cost management.
A healthy, data-driven approach to organizational growth and evolution.
Positive feedback from collaborators on communication and decision-support efforts

Skills/Competencies

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in operations, program management, or related roles with increasing responsibility.
Demonstrated success in managing large-scale programs and cross-functional initiatives.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage collaborators at all levels.
Proven experience in change management and process improvement in complex organizational settings.
Ability to integrate strategic thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range Transparency

US Remote 204,000 - 296,000 USD per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
