Director Of Investments / Head Of Acquisitions

We are a privately held investment group focused on acquiring and scaling real estate and operating businesses across North America. We move quickly, value disciplined underwriting, and focus on cash-flowing assets with long-term upside.

We are seeking an acquisitions leader who can source, structure, negotiate, and close transactions - someone who takes deals from first conversation to signed closing documents.

You will:

• Source on-market and off-market acquisition opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, owners, lenders, and capital partners
• Lead underwriting and financial analysis
• Structure transactions (debt, equity, JV structures)
• Draft and negotiate LOIs and key business terms
• Oversee legal, financial, and operational due diligence
• Drive transactions through to closing
• Develop and manage a qualified acquisition pipeline
• Assist in capital structuring and investor discussions where required

This role owns the deal lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
