Dispatcher

Our company is looking for talented individuals to join our Operations Associate team. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work closely with other individuals on a daily basis, strong Analytical/computer skills with the ability to determine accurate results and accuracy within deadlines.

Responsibilities:

* Route Management/Scheduling

* Perform administrative work in accordance with company policies and regulations.

* Employee engagement & assessment & resource planning

* Managing Quality Improvements, KPIs monitoring, Tracking budget and quality of service/realibility issues.

* Manage good customer relationship

* Complete daily tasks in a timely and efficient manner and communicate with other departments to ensure that tasks are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Strong logistics and dispatching skills
• Proficient in analysis and data entry
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and GPS
• Experience with fleet management and shipping & receiving
• Ability to operate multi-line phone systems
• Understanding of supply chain and transportation planning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
