These new coordinator roles both play a key part in enabling strong delivery partner performance, while focusing on slightly different areas of operations.

Distribution Partner Coordinator

This role’s primary mission is to ensure operational excellence through structured follow-up and coordination of delivery partner compliance including training.

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and continuously improve the collaboration with our Distribution Partners.
• Monitor KPIs and follow up on delivery partner performance.
• Coordinate daily delivery tasks and route assignments.
• Drive compliance by ensuring all drivers complete Gordon Academy training.
• Act as a key contact for training-related questions and feedback.
• Support strong delivery partner relationships and contribute to team projects.

Operations Coordinator

This role will focus to ensure operational excellence by overseeing and coordinating daily delivery operations and Distribution Center Compliance focusing on equipment, quality assurance and facilities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the Workforce management and The Quality & Sustainability function around DC Compliance.
• Manage task allocation and performance follow-up for delivery operations within the area of responsibility.
• Oversee and maintain inventory of sensors and equipment.
• Ensure proper usage, tracking, and calibration of operational tools.
• Be the go-to person for equipment-related questions and improvements.
• Support safe, efficient operations and participate in cross-functional projects.

What you need to succeed in either role:

• Experience in logistics or operations, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with external partner or supplier collaboration is a plus.
• Understanding of KPI tracking and performance management.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Clear and professional communication in both Swedish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust-based relationships.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and team-oriented approach.
