District Sales Supervisor

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Execute district-level sales strategies aligned with company e-commerce goals.
  • Drive online sales performance through marketplaces, social commerce, and direct-to-consumer platforms.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure achievement of KPIs.

Team Supervision & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate marketing affiliates.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide on-the-job training.
  • Ensure sales team compliance with company policies and digital selling standards.

E-Commerce Operations Support

  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Support onboarding and management of local sellers, resellers, or distribution partners.
  • Address operational issues such as order cancellations, returns, and customer escalations.

Market Expansion & Customer Acquisition

  • Identify new business opportunities, high-potential areas, and untapped online markets within the district.
  • Implement local digital marketing initiatives, promos, and campaigns in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, merchants, and community partners.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to recommend improvements.
  • Track competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
