The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly motivated Document Controller to join our SA & VIC Engineering team.

As an experienced Document Controller, you will work closely with our highly regarded team of engineers and designers whilst supporting our Manager of Engineering SA & VIC. You will play a crucial role in coordinating documentation, assisting with tenders and general technical coordination.

Partnering with our existing Document Controller, you will develop key internal and external relationships and expedite external organisations for document submissions. Ensuring documents meet CPP’s document quality standards, you will maintain project filing systems and assist with project reporting.

This position is based at our Halifax Street head office, Adelaide.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Experience working as a document controller within a project, construction or engineering environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Experience using SharePoint, Acconex or similar document management systems
  • Exceptional time management skills, and a can-do problem solving attitude
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask
  • The desire to join a high performing and collaborative team environment
