Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (entry level)
Full-Time | Year-Round Work | Local Jobs Only

We’re hiring Window Installer Apprentices to join our residential installation teams. This is a long-term trade opportunity with structured training, clear advancement, and real earning potential — not a dead-end labor position.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist experienced Crew Leads with residential window installations
• Learn proper installation methods, jobsite safety, and professional workmanship
• Work hands-on from day one — no standing around, no busy work
• Be part of a 2–3-person crew focused on quality and efficiency

Training & Career Growth

• FGIA & VSI certified programs
• OSHA-approved safety training
• Hands-on, on-the-job training starting Day 1
• Clear advancement path:
• Apprentice → Journeyman → Installer → Crew Lead
• Strong apprentices can begin moving up within 6 months

Pay Progression

• Apprentice: $15–$18/hr.
• Annual performance-based reviews
• Crew Leads eligible for production bonuses

Schedule & Work Environment

• Typical start time: 7:30 AM
• Workday ends when the scheduled job is complete
• Local residential jobs only — no travel
• Year-round work
• Small crews (2–3 people) with consistent leadership
• Team-oriented environment — installers are treated as long-term professionals, not disposable labor

Tools, Gear & Support

• Company-provided tools
• PPE, safety equipment, work t-shirts, and rain gear provided

Apprentices must have basic hand tools:

• Tool belt
• Hammer
• Tape measure
• Square
• Flat bar
