We are looking for a Dry Goods Supervisor to join our team at New World Stoke and take our retail execution to the next level. If you’re looking for that next big opportunity, or want to take a big step in your career, we want to hear from you.

Your day to day responsibilities:

• To assist the Dry Goods Manager in organising, and leading the day to day operation of the Dry Goods departments ensuring company objectives are met
• Delivery of required processes and stock management
• To oversee Training and Development and ensure robust Health and Safety and Food Safety Programmes are adhered to by all Dry Goods Departments at New World Stoke
• To provide support and direction to all Dry Goods Departments in the absence of the Dry Goods Manager
• To assist in achieving sales targets and retail excellence across all of our dry goods departments

The successful applicant will need to be able to demonstrate that they can operate under pressure during busy periods, are able to communicate effectively and display the ability to adapt. A positive can-do attitude is a must and the ability to work well within a team.

The hours available for this role are Sunday - Thursday, 8am – 6pm.
