Total Care and supervision of adults with intellectual disabilities. Looking for individuals who are honest, caring, reliable, and patient. To work at our residential facility.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• General supervision of residents’
• Responsible for assuring that residents are in a safe and hazard-free environment at all times
• Supervise facility-sponsored activities when needed
• Provide behavior intervention and counseling as needed
• Know and exercise all emergency procedures when necessary
• Attend ALL in-service training as required
• Dispense and record ALL medication administered
• Fill out new medication sheets as needed when applicable
• Keep all charts and current documentation up-to-date
• Give feedback to Manager(s) when necessary
• Maintain privacy and discretion when dealing with residents’ information
• Observe and enforce ALL residents’ rights
• Follow ALL employee and facility rules at ALL times
• Assist residents in achieving their goals to the best of their ability
• Assist and supervise residents with personal hygiene when necessary (I.e., using the restroom, washing hands, etc.…)
• Supervise and participate in all community outings
• Overall maintenance and cleanliness of the facility
• Complete laundry tasks when necessary
• Maintain an attitude of professionalism at all times, in dress code, professionalism with other employees, as well as with residents without creating an environment of isolation
• Assist/supervise residents’ during breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snack times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.90 per hour
