Duty Manager

We are currently recruiting an experienced duty manager for our hotel

Your New Role

The successful candidate must have previous experience with regards to managing and running shifts within the hotel environment. They will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to direct the team in their day to day duties.

This is an interesting and varied role taking in all departments within the hotel, in particular, the restaurant and bar. The successful candidate will be working closely with all staff and management. It will especially suit a person who excels in a multi-tasking environment. This role will be ideal for candidates with management/supervisory experience in a hotel environment, who are interested in the opportunity for career development.

This is a full-time permanent role. Considering the nature of our industry, this role will involve shifts & weekend work.

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Must have previous hotel management experience.
• Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of service
• Must be a team player with the ability to multi task
• Must be standards driven and detail orientated, with the desire to progress within the hospitality industry
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Communicate fluently in English (written & oral).
