Thompsons Restaurant & Bar is looking for a Duty Manager to assist with daily operations. We pride ourselves on offering a unique dining experience, specializing in dry-aged steaks from local suppliers, cooked over charcoal in our Josper Grill.

As Duty Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining our high standards of food quality, service, and overall guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager with daily operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and stock control.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash and financial transactions accurately.
• Help train and develop staff members.
• Attend weekly management meetings.
• Perform additional duties as needed to ensure restaurant success.

Pay: From €15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
