Job Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to manage bar, coffee, late night and food service operations. Ideal for those with 3+ years in pub management, including cocktail and barista skills.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee bar and food service staff during shifts
• Ensure high service standards in bar, coffee, and food areas
• Manage cash handling and stock levels
• Assist with event coordination and promotions
• Resolve customer queries and complaints

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a management role, including cocktail and coffee service
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Irish pub culture and food service
• Availability for nights and weekends
