Duty Manager

HARI OM (2013) LIMITED is seeking a reliable and motivated Duty Manager to join its team in Whanganui. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth daily operations, maintain service quality, and support staff and management in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support management in planning and supervising daily store operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and attractively displayed to promote sales and seasonal offers.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering and restocking products when required.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times.
• Assist in achieving sales targets by recommending products and supporting promotional activities.
• Handle store opening and closing duties as rostered.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and all legal obligations, including the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.
• Perform other operational duties as directed by management.

The candidate will be required to work at least 30 hours per week and be paid between $25 to $30 per hour.

Other Requirements:

• Relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Available to work on weekends.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
