The Wilder Townhouse is a residents only 42 bedroom boutique Townhouse. It is located in the heart of Dublin. Set in a beautifully restored Victorian townhouse, we offer guests a unique blend of historic charm and contemporary luxury. Our team takes great pride in delivering warm, intuitive service to both leisure and business travellers alike

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the front office and food and beverage team while on duty ensuring smooth and efficient operation each morning.
• Maintain the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
• Train, supervise, and motivate the team.
• Manage stock, ordering, and cost control related to hotel operations.
• Respond promptly to guest feedback and resolve any issues effectively.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for guest service and attention to detail.
• Ability to work early mornings and weekends as required.
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures.

Pay: €32,000.00 per year
