Duty Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen at Kilronan Castle for an experienced Duty Manager.

The role will primarily involve evening and weekend work.

The successful candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Have at least 2 years experience at management level in a busy 4 star Hotel.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• An eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Available to work a variety of shifts included late night, early morning and weekend shifts.
• Extensive knowledge of Food & Beverage and Meetings & Events operations.
• The ability to lead and to be able to multi task in a fast paced environment.
• To deal with guest queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• To ensure cleanliness is kept to the highest standard at all times in the Hotel.

This exciting role is designed to enhance the service offered to our customers through working with different departments, dealing directly with customers, finding out specific needs and problem solving throughout the Hotel.
