A natural leader who can motivate, manage, and support the team on shift. Strong knowledge of bar operations, stock, and service standards. Someone who can balance fun and professionalism – creating the best atmosphere while keeping everything running smoothly. What you’ll be doing: Running busy shifts with confidence and flair. Supporting the management team with daily operations. Leading from the front – whether that’s behind the bar, on the floor, or keeping the vibe alive. Pay: €38,000.00-€45,000.00 per year
