Duty Manager - Home Store + More, Sligo

• Reporting directly to the Store Manager and acting as their trusted support.
• Leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
• Taking ownership of store standards and ensuring an engaging, well-presented shopping experience.
• Driving performance by achieving key management metrics and KPIs.
• Motivating, coaching, and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Implementing company policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €36,000.00-€38,000.00 per year
