Angelo Bridal is one of Dublin’s most established, multi awarded and trusted bridal boutiques, known for delivering an exceptional and personalised experience to every bride.

Our boutique offers a curated collection of over 200 designer wedding dresses, private bridal consultation rooms, and expert in-house alterations to ensure every gown fits perfectly.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Duty Manager to lead our daily activities and bridal styling.

This role is ideal for a passionate retail professional with a love for luxury fashion, weddings, and client experience, who thrives in a high-end environment and understands the importance of creating unforgettable moments for brides.

As Manager, you will take ownership of the boutique’s performance, lead the days with confidence, and ensure every bride receives the premium service Angelo Bridal is known for.

The Role

As the leader of the boutique, you will oversee all aspects of the store’s daily bridal consultations, operations while maintaining a luxury shopping atmosphere and delivering outstanding results.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct Bridal appointments and guide the brides through the dress selection experience

• Managing the smooth operation of three private bridal fitting rooms and appointment schedules
• Creating a warm, luxurious, and memorable experience for every bride
• Overseeing bridal fittings and coordinating closely with the in-house alterations team
• Ensuring impeccable store presentation, merchandising, and brand standards
• Managing customer relationships, enquiries, and after-sales service
• Organising and supporting bridal events, trunk shows, and exclusive boutique experiences
• Acting as a brand ambassador for Angelo Bridal across social media platforms
• Supporting marketing initiatives, campaigns, and collaborations to grow the boutique’s visibility
• Confidence appearing in social media content and representing the brand online
• Ensuring the boutique operates with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a confident retail leader who combines sales expertise with a passion for fashion and luxury customer service.

You will have:

• Previous retail management experience (luxury or fashion retail preferred)
• Proven ability to lead a small team and drive sales performance
• Strong understanding of fashion, styling, and bridalwear
• Experience delivering high-end, personalised client experiences
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• A confident presence both in-store and as a social media ambassador for the brand
• Marketing knowledge and Content creator will be beneficial
• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
• Availability to work weekends, which are key bridal appointment days
