Duty Manager/Events Co-Ordinator

Are you a craft beer enthusiast looking for a new challenge? We're looking for a Duty Manager/Events Co-ordinator to work with our Duty Managers to manage and run events on site.

The Events Co-ordinator is responsible for:

-Working Duty Manager shifts, especially on event days

-Coming up with new ideas to promote the business

-Managing events, before and after, including social media

-Following up on past events, improvements and feedback

-Bar stock ordering, ensuring kegs and consumables don't run out

-Weekly reporting & Cash ups

-Opening and closing of the venue

Must Have:

· Duty Manager Certificate preferable

· 3 years working in a bar

· Craft Beer Knowledge

· Excellent listening and communication skills

· An ability to work quickly, multitasking to make everything about our customers

· Flexibility in rosters, must be able to work weekends

· Be friendly, enthusiastic and obsessed with delivering a first class customer experience

· You will work well in a team and are happy to go above and beyond

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $29.00 – $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

  • management: 3 years (Required)

  • Duty Manager Certificate (Preferred)
