E-Commerce Digital Marketing Manager

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Category Merchandising (50%)

  • Coordinates daily with store merchandising and reviews assortments for online inclusion according to data, trends, knowledge, and experience of online trading,
  • Seeks advice, guidance, sales objectives from the E-Merchandise Planning Manager
  • Keeps abreast of latest trends and market developments in assigned categories and drives product insights, assortment, and product selection; Looks out for international stores and recommends new brands or products for consideration online
  • Curates category level pages and takes part in home page scheduling and updates and briefs the content, design and studio teams on visual elements
  • Works with content and technical team to enhance search engine optimization
  • Undertakes forward planning of institutional content, promotions and new arrivals with the social marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution
  • Understands and interprets understand merchandising data, forecast, and demand planning, address inventory problems, returns, faults or raise brand supply issues for resolutions with Ops as needed
  • Provides SKU information to content producers for all new SKU buys, facilitates acquisition of information, samples and other materials needed to develop online product pages
  • Tracks and analyses site data daily to assess performance or effectiveness, gain continuing insights into customer needs and wants and take necessary corrective actions
  • Participates in the conceptualization and execution of social media and email campaigns with the digital marketing, creative and content production teams for assigned products
  • Monitors new products and launches post-arrival and identifies brand pages for improvement to enhance the shoppers’ experience
  • Serves as one of the key contact points for brand principals/suppliers
  • Supports the E-Merchandising Planning Manager and all promo, event and sales initiatives and tasks per category or brand
  • Sources brand or supplier product images and product info if not present in the ERP, undertake system tagging, checking, and inventory allocations in collaboration with store
  • Undertakes daily study of sales and trends to continually improve product assortment, page and category display pages, promotion via content, social and campaigns

2. Supply Chain (30%)

  • Works directly with the E-Commerce Merchandise Planner, other E-Commerce Merchandisers, Store Merchandisers, and Campaigns team to determine correct quantities and ensure buys are placed on time to meet stock requirements.
  • Stays on top of allocations and monitors product arrival dates and availability. Anticipates delays and escalates issues early.
  • Periodically checks stock and adjusts promos, listings etc to prevent overselling
  • Is constantly well coordinated with campaigns, content and Ops/CS to ensure all are informed of any large campaigns that may drive extra customer service requests

3. Achievement of Sales Targets (20%)

  • Shares accountability for the achievement of sales and profitability objectives thru effective online merchandising
  • Monitors sales, conversions, and replenishment requirements month to month to ensure optimization and achievement of overall business objectives
  • Should stay on top of trends in e-Commerce and categories of products worldwide and in Asia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
