E-Commerce & Social Media Assistant

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and creative E-commerce & Social Media Assistant to support our online sales and digital marketing activities. This role involves managing product listings on online marketplaces, handling social media postings, and creating short-form video content and live streams to drive engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada, including product titles, descriptions, pricing, and images
• Update and optimize product listings to improve visibility and sales performance
• Plan and publish posts on social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
• Create short-form video content for TikTok and Shopee
• Host or assist with live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee to promote products
• Communicate clearly in English for content creation, captions, and basic coordination
• Support day-to-day e-commerce and marketing tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience or ability to create product listings for online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada
• Ability to manage and post content on social media platforms
• Comfortable speaking and communicating in English
• Able to create short videos and participate in live streaming on TikTok and Shopee
• Basic understanding of online sales, social media trends, and digital content
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Prior experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, or live selling
• Basic video editing skills
• On-camera confidence for live streaming

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $300.00 - $750.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
