About the Role Tots Childcare is one of Ireland’s fastest-growing Early Learning and Care (ELC) providers. We are currently seeking passionate Early Years Practitioners to join our dedicated teams across County Kildare. Whether you are an experienced Room Leader or a newly qualified Practitioner, we offer a supportive "home-from-home" environment where you can truly make a difference.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the Aistear and Síolta frameworks.
• Create engaging, play-based learning environments for children.
• Work as part of a collaborative team to maintain Tusla regulatory standards.
• Support children’s development through observations and emergent curriculum planning.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education (or equivalent recognized by DCEDIY).
• Passion: A genuine love for early years education and child development.
• Communication: Strong English and the ability to build relationships with parents and colleagues.
• Vetting: Successful candidates will be subject to Garda Vetting and reference checks.
