Job Description
As a Tech Lead, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, supporting enterprise AI initiatives and transformations. You will combine strong hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact AI systems.
Qualifications
What will you do?
AI Architecture & Solution Delivery
- Lead AI solution architecture, design, and end-to-end implementation across projects
- Develop, optimize, and deploy AI models using Python and cloud-based AI services
- Integrate video analytics and video processing capabilities into AI solutions
- Ensure AI systems meet scalability, performance, reliability, and security standards
Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Design and implement AI solutions on Azure and other cloud platforms as required
- Support edge AI deployment strategies where applicable
- Apply DevOps practices to streamline AI development, deployment, and monitoring
Stakeholder & Delivery Collaboration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and evaluate AI opportunities
- Participate in requirements gathering and review functional specifications with Business Analysts
- Work with the team lead to ensure designs and code align with architecture principles and standards
Quality & Governance
- Participate in peer reviews to improve solution quality and maintain best practices
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, security policies, and project guidelines
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends
- Contribute to strategic thinking and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate should possess:
Experience & Skills
- More than 4 years of hands-on experience in AI development and implementation
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with Azure AI and cloud services
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Familiarity with video analytics and AI-based video processing
- Knowledge of DevOps practices within AI or data projects
- Experience working in agile delivery environments
- Strong leadership, project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented thinking
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Certified Artificial Intelligence Professional (CAIP)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAdditional Information
