Ehs Executive / Ehs Advisor

We are seeking for a proactive and committed EHS Executive / advisor to join our growing team in Ireland. An ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in construction site-based Environment, Health and Safety roles and a strong passion in promoting a safe and responsible working environment. The job may involve site visits to projects throughout Europe

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and safety walks.
• Ensure compliance with local legislation, company policies, and project safety plans.
• Create and review risk assessments, method statements, work permits and hot work permits.
• Monitor high-risk activities such as working at height, welding, and other electrical tasks.
• Track and close out corrective actions from inspections and incident investigations.
• Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and task specific safety training.
• Contribute to initiatives that inculcate safety culture across the project.
• Maintain RAMS, safety statistics, and inspection logs.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of EHS experience in construction or a related industry.
• Thorough knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
