  • Promote a strong safety leadership culture, empowering the safety team to take ownership and exercise authority in enforcing safety standards
  • Monitor safety performance trends, prepare management reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department or senior management in line with safety and business needs

Qualifications

  • Possess a Specialist Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health (Level C) or an equivalent accredited qualification

  • Strong working knowledge of Singapore WSH legislation and regulatory frameworks, including MOM, LTA, NEA, and SP Group requirements
  • Demonstrated ability in effective communication, coordination, and stakeholder management across project, operations, and regulatory interfaces
  • Possession of a valid Class 2 or Class 3 driving licence will be an added advantage to support site mobility
