Electric Motor Winder

Futech Ottawa Inc. has an immediate opening for an Electric Motor Winder

Duties:

• Dismantle electric motors and other mechanical equipment for servicing, modification, or repair.
• Perform electric motor overhauls that could include motor rewinding, balancing, bearing replacement, and other components.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:

• Certificate or equivalent experience in all aspects of the Electrical Motor Servicing trade.
• Experienced in the operations of an Electrical Motor Shop.
• Excellent basic mechanical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Bilingualism an asset (English and French).
• The ability to pay careful attention to detail.
• Team player.
