Electromechanical Technician

As a Electromechanical Technician, working with other members of the team, you’ll be responsible to perform preventative maintenance on PLC, pneumatics, and hydraulics systems. You should be familiar with all of the safety regulations related to electricity and motorizing electromechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities of the position

• Installation, testing, and commissioning of electromechanical equipment and filtration system
• Inspects for correct quality of installation and raise observation reports for non-compliance
• Test the performance of electro-mechanical components and accessories
• Assemble discharge and test line for Electromechanical Equipment and Filtration System
• Prepare necessary instrumentation and control Monitor and analyze electrical systems
• Test devices for improvement, safety, and quality control
• Perform calibrations for wire placement and electronic components
• Adjust, calibrates equipment to required specifications
• Troubleshoots and repairs when needed
• Performs regular maintenance as scheduled
• Document your tests and report issues to your supervisor
• Perform routine maintenance
• Repair malfunctioning machines and systems

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/College Degree in Electro-mechanical/Mechatronics or Instrumentation and Control Engineering / Mechanical Technology
• Must have a thorough knowledge of engineering practices, calculation methods, and design details
• Advantageous Skill(s): Machine-Preventive maintenance, PLC, Pneumatics, AutoCAD
• Must have at least 1 year of electromechanical technician in the relevant qualification
• Must college graduate of any equivalent in the relevant qualification
• Preferably with NC II
• Must be physically and mentally fit

Other Qualification :

• Good in oral and written communications
• Good in coaching /facilitating skills
• Computer literate
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Proficient computing skills required in MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and AutoCAD.

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
