Electronics/Computer Repair Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. This role requires proficiency in working with both hardware and software components across multiple operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, including computers, mobile devices, and other consumer electronics.
• Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs on computer hardware and software.
• Provide technical support for various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding product functionality and troubleshooting steps.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electronics repair or a related field is preferred.
• Strong skills in software troubleshooting across multiple operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
• Familiarity with reading schematics and using hand tools for repairs.
• Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $38,807.57-$50,000.00 per year
