Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of devices. This role requires proficiency in working with both hardware and software components across multiple operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux. The Electronics Technician will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic devices, including computers, mobile devices, and other consumer electronics.
- Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Utilize hand tools and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs on computer hardware and software.
- Provide technical support for various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding product functionality and troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in electronics repair or a related field is preferred.
- Strong skills in software troubleshooting across multiple operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Familiarity with reading schematics and using hand tools for repairs.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and their functions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $38,807.57-$50,000.00 per year
