About the Role
The Employee Success & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for keeping our teams stable, compliant, and performing at a high standard. You will manage hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, training coordination, compliance tracking, and discipline — so ownership can focus on running the business.

- Maintain accurate employee files
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain DOT driver qualification files
- Track expirations (licenses, physicals, drug tests, insurance, certifications)
- Ensure both companies meet regulatory and internal policy requirements
- Prepare records for audits or insurance requests
4. Training & Team Stability
- Coordinate onboarding and refresher training
- Identify gaps in knowledge or performance
- Support leads in maintaining job readiness
- Reduce turnover by setting clear expectations and standards
