Healthcare 21 are currently looking to recruit an Engineering Administrator to work on the Call and Parts Management Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a leading and expanding Healthcare Company. The candidate should be highly motivated, ambitious and dedicated with excellent attention to detail.
The successful candidate will work as part of our Call and Parts Management Administration Team; liaising with clinicians, clients, suppliers and other relevant departments within Healthcare 21. You will also support the Field Based Engineering Team in terms of scheduling/prioritising workload, handling orders, resolving customer queries, processing parts orders, managing warranty returns, invoice preparation and any other associated tasks required on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:
Allocation and scheduling of service tasks for a team of engineers
Liaising with engineers to ensure that response times are adhered to
Dealing with customer queries efficiently through effective communication
Managing client accounts on dedicated software package
Report writing
Preparation of documentation for weekly/monthly invoicing of service work
Ensuring ISO standards, and external SLA’s are achieved on a consistent basis
Dealing with high volume of phone calls
Purchasing parts for calls for a team of engineers and external customers
Dealing with parts queries, sourcing suppliers and warranty / parts returns efficiently
Requesting quotations from suppliers & issuing quotations to customers
Assisting FSEs in obtaining part codes from suppliers and identifying correct parts
Setting up new part codes and maintaining stock levels
Weekly/monthly invoicing of service work
Inputting data in dedicated software package
Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues
Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety
What are the role requirements?
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience of product order and invoicing customers an advantage
Experience in working with SAP an advantage but not necessary
Experience with the Healthcare sector would be advantageous
