ROSEN is looking for an Engineering Reporting Assistant that will be based in Houston, TX. This position reports directly to the Head of Engineering and will be a part of the Engineering team.
What role you will play in our team?
The Engineering Assistant supports engineering and project management staff by searching for, displaying, and organizing all necessary data required for the production of technical engineering reports.
Responsibilities:
What will I be doing?
You will support Engineering staff in the effective and timely delivery of projects to clients and data management for the team. Your responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing data from both internal and external software systems, maintaining and presenting information using spreadsheets and other tools, and executing occasional administrative tasks for the group.

You will also be responsible for communicating updates on assigned activities to project teams and providing timing-related updates to the department manager.
REQUIREMENTS
What are we looking for?
- Educated to a minimum High School level with two (2) years of relevant experience
Qualification or Skills:
- A good problem solver with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
- Process driven
- Effective time management
- Strong IT literacy, especially with spreadsheets and data presentation skills
- Proactive approach to self-checking work and escalating issues where appropriate
