As a Customer Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the technical execution and delivery of customer projects for our innovative energy products. You will act as the bridge between clients, projects management, Quality, Sourcing and manufacturing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.


As a Customer Project Engineer , you will be responsible for:


  • Designing, Develop and/or manage project schedules, and engineering deliverables to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand technical specifications and translate them into actionable engineering tasks.
  • Coordinating with Project Management, Quality, Sourcing and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical challenges.
  • Interpreting, create, review and release engineering bill of materials, drawings and specifications to align project deliverables with customer expectations.
  • Preparing and maintain detailed project documentation, including technical records, and compliance data.
  • Monitoring project risks and proactively suggest improvements or corrective actions.
  • Ensuring adherence to HSE & Quality policies, actively participating in related programs and training.


Fuel your passion


To be successful in this role you will:


  • Hold a Bacherlors in mechanical engineering or a relevant technical discipline such as Industrial Design.
  • Have at least 7 yr of experience in project engineering or product design engineering or relevant technical discipline
  • Possess good knowledge of engineering processes, quality standards, and industry regulations (e.g., API 6A, 17D, 5CT, 5L, NACE MR0175) and customer-facing project delivery
  • Be skilled in interpreting engineering bill of materials, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) for engaging with clients and cross-functional teams during tender negotiations.
  • Have proficiency in providing cost estimates and articulating value propositions
  • Show a logical, structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making under time-sensitive bid conditions.
  • Exhibit a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and winning tenders.
