About the role - you will:

As an Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of production and testing equipment. Your expertise will help minimize downtime, maintain high-quality standards, and support continuous improvement in our manufacturing processes:


  • Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of production and MDW equipment to meet company standards and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot MDW testers
  • Monitor machine yield and performance through real-time systems and take corrective actions as needed.

About you:

  • Self-motivated and positive working attitude.

  • Willing to work in a clean room environment.
  • Willing to work on 12 hours shift pattern.
  • Strong intra-cultural awareness and organizational sensitivity

  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills

Your experience includes:

  • NITEC/Higher NITEC / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering, or related Engineering Diploma
  • Knowledge and skills in HDD Tester, Failure analysis and metrology equipment will be beneficial in this role
  • Experienced in Drive/Component level mechanical and/or electrical testing
