English Transcribers Needed In Remote Position - Freelancer Opportunity Only

This is Celia Roman, Resource Manager at SimulTrans Dublin office.

We have a large transcription project and need resources to be able to start ASAP. We received English recorded audio files that we need to manually transcribe. The candidate should devote around 6 hours a day to this project. Flexible timing.

We require the files to be transcribed by English speakers.

English speakers are required to transcribe customer service phone conversations. The transcriber will be required to log in to a secure server to perform all their work, using the specific tool that is supplied by the client. No downloading of files will be permitted, and the rate of pay is based on the output from the transcriber.

Payment is Euro 2.5 per audio minute transcribed, not a fixed hourly rate.

Excellent English grammar and spelling are necessary.

Standard technical PC skills required.

No previous experience is needed.

No linguistic degree is required.

Remote work. Flexible hours. Any time zone. A minimum of 6 hours per day to be spent on this project, we have a deadline to meet.

Start date: ASAP.

Duration: 10 weeks approximately. Work from home.

Training and transcription to be via remote connection
