Job Description

Mission anew is at the forefront of sustainability consulting, focusing on the "how" of transformation to empower organizations to integrate sustainability into their core operations seamlessly. This approach not only ensures compliance but also fosters resilient growth.

We are looking for a Environment and climate expert. As a part of our Sustainability Expert team, you will collaborate with branding and business experts to devise and implement strategies that enhance our clients' social and environmental commitments. You will be instrumental in advancing their sustainability objectives and increasing their investments in sustainable practices. With your environment and climate expertise you will drive the strategic direction of client accounts, ensuring their growth and alignment with sustainable initiatives, while overseeing complex project deliverables that propel their sustainability agendas forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop decarbonisation plans, climate roadmaps and sustainability strategies for clients.
• Conduct subject-specific and/or overall sustainability assessments.
• Enhance client sustainability ambitions and investment levels.
• Maintain and expand existing client accounts.
• Lead workshops and contribute to innovative strategy sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in sustainability, business, engineering, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of broad sustainability experience, with specialized expertise in climate and environmental-related areas.
• Proficient in developing climate strategies & analysis.
• Experienced with CDP, TCFD, EU Taxonomy, and CSRD disclosures.
• Experience in business development with a sustainability focus, preferably in a consulting or large corporate environment.
• Strong English and Swedish communication skills, both written and verbal.
