Job Description Summary Markel Canada is currently looking for an Environmental Liability Intern to assist with various projects throughout the summer months. Job Description The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Is a college/university student or recent graduate
• Proven organizational and communication skills
• Strong time management skills
• Detail oriented and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work independently
• Proficient in computer skills and fluency in M365 products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional, friendly, and courteous in all interactions
• Team player approach

Qualifications An ideal candidates would have completed coursework relating to:

• Environmental science
• Environmental regulations
• Insurance
• Risk management
