Erp Functional Consultant

Role Overview

As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with clients to implement, customize, and optimize ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone with strong functional expertise, problem-solving skills, and a passion for client interaction and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and design tailored ERP solutions.
• Configure and deploy ERP modules across versions.
• Provide training and functional support to end-users.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and integrations.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of ERP projects.
• Conduct UAT and assist in go-live activities.
• Document processes and maintain functional specifications.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years as an ERP Functional Consultant.(odoo preffered)
• Strong understanding of ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HRMS).
• Excellent knowledge of business processes across industries.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Python and PostgreSQL is a plus.
